Duncan Knight

Managing Director

Duncan has accumulated 12 years of real estate experience across a broad range of asset classes, most notably residential, core commercial sectors and strategic development land. Duncan’s work spans across London, the home counties and the North East of England.

Duncan primarily spent the first decade of his career in the consultancy sector, advising both private and institutional clients on their mixed-asset portfolios, with particular focus on managing office, retail and industrial assets within the UK. The underlying objective has been to maximise each assets operational performance and enhance asset value.

Before launching LaRoc Consultancy Ltd, Duncan held the position of Head of Asset Management for a London based family office, overseeing a £300m mixed asset portfolio throughout the UK.
